    I'm an American writer who lives in Wales with my husband, fellow writer [info]psamphire, our toddler son, "Mr Darcy", and our crazy-sweet border collie mix, Maya. My first novel, Kat, Incorrigible (Book One of a Regency fantasy trilogy for for 10- to 15-year-olds), was published in April 2011 in the US and in August 2010 in the UK (under the title A Most Improper Magick). The first three chapters are available to read online.

    My second book will be published in the UK on August 1, 2011, as A Tangle of Magicks, and in the US on April 5, 2012, as Renegade Magic. I'll be posting snippets of it on my website soon.

    My short stories for adults have been published in a variety of magazines, anthologies, and podcasts. You can check out the full list of my published short stories, which includes several stories available to read online.
